Designing for 'contemporary' art is no easy task! How can we possibly design for the myriad of ideas that artists of the future will come up with? I saw this installation, below, in the Seattle Art Museum (SAM). So we decided it should be strong enough to hold one car per suspension point, which are spaced approximately 3m apart - yes that adds up to a lot of cars hanging in one space!
