Platinum Service
Our most extensive level of service is our primary method of ensuring that you receive the beautifully built equivalent of your dream home. This level of service can be used for either a renovation / remodel or new build project.
1. We start with a thorough brief, to ensure we understand what you really want and use this to develop a Concept proposal.
2.This then gets developed further based on your feedback to the next stage where we start to refine the final form and key materials for the project.
3. We then carry out the documentation for the project and help liaise with the necessary consultants and territorial authorities for your consent / permit.
4. Our final stage is carrying out the interior design for your project.

Gold Service
This level of service will go a long way to helping you create a beautiful home.
We carry out stages 1 - Concept Design, 2 - Developed Design and 4 - Interior Design* for your project. For stage 3, technical documentation, we carry out an aesthetic review process with your selected draughtsman or local architect.
This service can be used for a renovation or new build project.
*Interior design can include hard fitout (design of built-in interior elements) and soft fitout (selection of furniture and furnishings).

Silver Service
This is where we carry out stages 1 - Concept Design & 2 - Developed Design for your project. This may be for someone who has a lower budget for their project and wants to save on their design fees, otherwise they may already have a team in place for the later stages. Interior Design Services can be added on later, if desired.

Other Services
Bronze Service
This is where we carry out the Concept Design only for your project. This could be for a new build, renovation or interiors only project. This service may be suitable for someone who has a lower budget for their project and wants to manage most of the process themselves but still wants to start off on the right foot and understand the potential of their site.
Interior Design Service
We can carry out a variety of interior design services for your project. This can include full service or partial service, depending on your needs.
Project Start up & Consultation Service
We will initially send you our Design Intro Guide to help you get started and set up your project. We then follow up with a 45 minute online consultation session, where you can ask questions about your project. At the end of your session you may choose to move forward with further design services or push forward on your own.
